Bob Roche - Senior Producer



Bob Roche brings over 20 years experience to Diginovations as a producer, writer and manager. Beginning his career at WGBH-TV in Boston, he worked on such national productions as Bodywatch, Nova, Earthkeeping, Martha Stewart, Cats & Dogs and The Great Outdoors.

He became a Series Producer for WGBH’s Educational Productions and created programs about science and learning for the National Science Foundation, Smithsonian Institution and the Annenberg Foundation. He was recognized for his work with numerous awards including an Emmy for Rhythm of Learning, a program highlighting how music was reintroduced to public schools.

Earlier, he worked for XeneJenex Productions, where he wrote, produced and directed over 14 award winning programs shown on the Discovery Channel featuring the latest innovations in health and medicine.

Most recently he has been Senior Producer/Director for MassPROductions, specializing in the New York fashion industry and a partner in New Erin Productions, developing program ideas for broadcast, cable and web.

Beginning in 2003, Bob lived and traveled in Brazil for two years learning about the language and culture and becoming involved with media production in the country.

He is a graduate of Boston University’s College of Communications where he studied photography, television and film.
