Profile: Shawn Whitaker
Director of Operations, Managing Producer, MemoryWorks Studios
Shawn comes to DigiNovations and Memoryworks with 12 years experience managing operations involved with traditional and digital photographic production. Prior to joining DigiNovations, he managed operations and technical support for Qualex Inc., a division of Eastman Kodak and the largest photofinisher in the world. Through his leadership, the Boston area facilities continuously achieved high merit for efficiency, quality, and process improvement. Shawn successfully managed several plant mergers, implementation of digital technology, and led a management team on HSE preparedness.
He brings state-of-the-art expertise in quality control, technology management, production staffing, and process improvement to DigiNovations work for clients. He has a degree in Media Technology from Newbury College, and a certificate in Project Management from WPI.
For DigiNovations, Shawn manages the production team to provide an array of services to our Memoryworks clients as well as supporting our North Bridge Productions projects.
He is also an accomplished videographer and editor.
Shawn resides in central MA(near the splendor of Mt. Monadnock) with his wife and three children.
