Boston College kicked off a $1.5 billion capital fundraising campaign tonight, with a DigiNovations-produced film entitled “Light the World” at the centerpiece of a spectacular event.  The 13-minute film begins at the dramatic sunset Freshman Convocation in September, at which incoming students are challenged by the words of St. Ignatius of Loyola to “Go, Light the world aflame”.  It then features Boston College alumni who have chosen, in their lives, to light the world in special ways.
